Restaurant and terrace

The restaurant at Domaine de la Tortinière is a bright, recently renovated glass roof, extended by a large terrace overlooking the Indre valley and our magnificent wooded park.

Every season has its own charm and you will enjoy an exceptional panorama throughout the year, a source of relaxation and serenity for our guests. Our Chefs's sumptuous cuisine is quite simply mouth-watering.

The food is a treat for the eyes and the taste buds alike, and our Chef and his team pay special attention to detail, selecting the best products available, working especially with those that come from the rich Touraine region, such as the Marigny Marmande truffle, the Racan pigeon, the Rivarennes "Poire Tapée", the Sainte-Maure de Touraine goat’s cheese, rillons etc.

A la carte & menu

A Gastronomic menu is there for those who wish to indulge themselves, a Bistro menu for those who so desire and a Vegan menu completes the offer for each day of the year.

Your children are our privileged guests, they are served as a priority and a specific menu is reserved for them.

The rotunda and the dining room : family meals

For your professional and private events, small and large private rooms are available to use.

Ours chefs, Jean-Baptise DREY-BLUM and Damien PIOCHON, and their team will prepare a mouth-watering meal that will satisfy your expectations, your requirements and your wishes!

Our dining room can host up to 20 people, the rotunda up to 50 people and the Orangery up to 80 people. Host your family meal in this spacious residence, with its charming family feel and pleasant verdant park.

Sophisticated and evolving cuisine

Our two Chefs draw inspiration from France’s finest traditions to create two types of cuisine:

Simple and flavoursome bistrot-style cuisine: fast, reasonably-priced and creative.

Original and delectable gastronomic cuisine that gives pride of place to local produce, such as Racan pigeon, Rivarennes dried pear, and aged cheeses from Rodolphe Le Meunier, with inventiveness and flair.

Our restaurant – L’Orangerie – boasts a bright, well-lit interior, with a beautiful view over the Indre Valley, in which you can enjoy the Chefs’ various culinary creations.

Our sommelier, Vincent, will be delighted to help you choose one the many fine wines that Touraine has to offer, according to your taste. With his charming and straightforward manner, he shares his expertise and knowledge of our superb regional wine producers.
